The backround is sweet, but the letters, "LOVE" and "HONEY" could be replaced with more mushy and meaningful words.
I am paying attention to the eyes, and they're too close together, try and make them a bit farther apart.
Amy's right hand looks like there's a lot of ink wasted on it (one line is too even and another is too uneven). While doing small areas, always steady your hand but don't move too small. There are a lot of other areas that look messily inked.
Amy's bangs are also uneven. Also on her bag, on the side looks like a leather fabric. I am unsure that was your intention, but it still looks pretty off and I suggest you change it.
Paying attention to Sonic and Amy's ears, they're more dark yellow and different from their skin colors entirely.
Onto Sonic, don't make his muzzle so slender on the bottom.
Overall this picture is really cute, and I suggest keeping your style. c:
